About Us

Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Siobhán.
Larch Leadership isn't built on just theory. It comes from my 25 years spent right inside the operational heart of big Irish and multinational companies, dealing with the real, complicated challenges at scale.
Moving across diverse environments—from major Irish retail/service groups (like Roches Stores and Supermac's) to high-volume manufacturing at Boston Scientific's Galway plant—my career taught me that effective leadership engagement and powerful conversation are the only way to create growth and deliver results. This cross-sector experience, from shop floor to boardroom, is the essential foundation for the Larch methodology.

Blending Practice with Purpose
My philosophy is simple: the most complex business situations require the most practical, human-centered approaches. I blend high-level formal training—including a Master's in Strategic Human Resources and a Degree in Business Studies—with hard-won workplace wisdom.
The consistent driver of my success has always been the power of purposeful conversation. It's the starting point for everything we do. This proven approach guides you through a clear, essential process: Skilled Conversations build Strong Relationships, which develop Talent and Leaders, creating a Purposeful Culture that ultimately delivers Outstanding Business Results.

The inspiration behind the name!
The name Larch Leadership because it perfectly captures what I do.
The Larch tree is known for its incredible strength and deep root system, which allows it to thrive even in tough conditions. Good conversations are the strong, essential roots of any thriving organisation.
The tagline is 'Growth in Every Conversation' for a simple reason: every time we sit down to talk—whether it's coaching, training, or working on a strategic project—we're creating stronger connections and deeper roots. Conversations aren't just for when things go wrong; they are the daily practice we build on to grow - ourselves, our teams and our organisations.
By focusing on genuine, structured, and skilled leadership conversations, we build the robust connections and clarity needed for people and teams to grow strong, resilient, and ready for whatever comes next.
